🛠️ Community Improvement Projects
Pearl Horizons AOAO is committed to preserving and enhancing our community through ongoing maintenance, preventative care, and long-term capital improvement projects. These efforts help protect property values, improve safety, and ensure that Pearl Horizons remains a clean, attractive, and welcoming place to live.
Recent community improvements have included asphalt resurfacing, parking lot restriping, concrete and walkway repairs, landscape enhancements, plumbing and infrastructure improvements, and other preventative maintenance projects throughout the property. As additional projects are completed, we'll continue to share updates and photos so owners and residents can see how the Association is investing in the future of our community.

Pearl Horizons AOAO is committed to proactive planning and preventative maintenance to preserve the long-term value and appearance of our community. The Board of Directors and Management Office continue to evaluate and prioritize projects that enhance safety, improve community amenities, and protect our buildings and infrastructure.
Community-Wide Termite Tenting
Preparations are underway for the Association's upcoming termite tenting project. This important preventative maintenance effort is designed to protect our buildings from termite damage and help preserve the structural integrity of the community. Owners and residents will receive advance notice with project schedules, preparation instructions, and important deadlines as they become available.
Roof & Gutter Inspection Project
Protecting Our Buildings from the Top Down
Following completion of the community-wide fumigation project, Pearl Horizons will begin a comprehensive inspection of the roofs and gutter systems throughout the property.
Management will inspect these areas to identify signs of deterioration, damage, drainage issues, loose or failing components, and other conditions that may require maintenance or further professional evaluation. Completing these inspections after fumigation will also allow us to identify any areas that may have been affected during the tenting process.
Findings will be documented and used to help prioritize future maintenance and repairs, address concerns before they develop into larger problems, and support the long-term care of our buildings.
