The Pearl Horizons Pool & Recreation Center provides residents with a welcoming place to relax, stay active, spend time with family and neighbors, and enjoy some of the community’s most popular amenities. Whether you’re cooling off in the pool, enjoying the recreation area, or simply taking some time to unwind, these shared spaces are here for residents to enjoy.

The Pool & Recreation Center is available during designated hours for residents and their accompanied guests. To help keep these amenities safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, residents and guests are asked to follow all posted rules, supervise children closely, respect other users, and clean up personal belongings and trash before leaving.

These amenities belong to our community, and everyone plays a part in keeping them welcoming and well-maintained. By using the facilities responsibly and being considerate of others, we can continue to make the Pearl Horizons Pool & Recreation Center a place where residents can relax, refresh, and connect.

The spa offers a peaceful retreat where residents can relax and unwind after a busy day. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this shared amenity is available during posted recreation center hours for residents and their accompanied guests.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask all users to observe posted safety guidelines, respect quiet enjoyment, and help keep the area clean by removing personal belongings after use.

Enjoy a quiet place to unwind without leaving the community. Pearl Horizons features two saunas conveniently located inside the Recreation Center restrooms, providing residents with an additional way to relax and enjoy our community amenities.

Whether you're cooling down after a swim, relaxing after a long day, or simply looking for a peaceful break, the saunas offer a comfortable retreat right here at Pearl Horizons.

Please observe all posted Recreation Center and sauna rules and help keep the facilities clean and enjoyable for your neighbors.

Our BBQ and picnic areas provide a welcoming space to gather, cook, and enjoy the outdoors. Conveniently located throughout the community, these areas are perfect for casual meals and spending time with neighbors.

After each use, please help keep these amenities enjoyable for everyone by cleaning the grills and picnic tables, disposing of trash properly, and respecting nearby residents by keeping noise at a considerate level.

The beautifully maintained landscaping throughout Pearl Horizons enhances the natural beauty of our community and creates a peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy. Carefully maintained lawns, trees, flowers, and tropical landscaping contribute to the welcoming atmosphere that makes Pearl Horizons unique.

Residents are encouraged to help preserve these common areas by staying on designated walkways, respecting landscaping, and helping keep the grounds clean and free of litter.

Guest parking is available for the convenience of visitors and helps ensure they have a safe and accessible place to park while visiting our community.

To help these limited spaces remain available for guests, all visitor vehicles must comply with the community's Guest Parking requirements, including displaying the unit number being visited. Overnight guest parking is generally not permitted unless prior written authorization has been provided by the Management Office for Association-related projects or emergencies. Following these guidelines helps ensure guest parking remains fair and accessible for everyone. 

The walkways and open spaces throughout Pearl Horizons provide residents with opportunities to enjoy fresh air, connect with neighbors, and appreciate our beautifully maintained community.

To help maintain a safe environment for everyone, we encourage residents to keep walkways clear, dispose of litter properly, and be mindful of fellow residents while enjoying the common areas. Activities that could create safety hazards or damage shared property should be avoided so these spaces remain welcoming for all.

Pearl Horizons is proud to be a pet-friendly community. We know pets are an important part of many households, and we want residents and their pets to feel at home while being considerate of their neighbors and shared spaces.

Responsible pet ownership helps keep Pearl Horizons clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Pets must be kept under control and on a leash while in the common areas of the property. This helps protect your pet, other residents, and other animals in the community.

Pet owners and handlers are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of pet waste. Please help us keep our walkways, landscaped areas, and other shared spaces clean.

Please be mindful of excessive barking, unattended pets, and other pet-related activity that may disturb neighboring residents.

Residents are also responsible for ensuring their pets do not damage Association property or create unsanitary conditions in common or limited common areas.

Feeding feral or stray animals on Association property can attract additional animals and pests and create sanitation concerns. Residents should not leave food outside for feral or stray animals.

A pet-friendly community works best when everyone does their part. By following the Association's pet rules and being considerate of your neighbors, you help make Pearl Horizons a welcoming place for residents and their four-legged companions.
